PARENT’S CHOICE – Voluntary Donations

Are you looking for a end of the year tax donation for 2015? Did you know that PTO-TES Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit organization? All voluntary, tax deductible donations help to fund programs like Art Corps, Science Fair, Science Lab, Running Club, School Gardening, Classroom Grants, field trips and more. You can make your voluntary donation online with a credit card or your bank account through PayPal at or you can send a check or cash in to the TES Foundation. Pay Pal also has an option of setting up monthly payments too! We are very grateful to all the generous donors who have already given to our students. Thank you from all of the kids at TES!

If you or your spouse/partner work for a company that has a matching donation program, please request the matching funds in order to double your own voluntary donation!  Several companies offer this as a benefit for their employees, and last year matching funds really made a difference.  Please email Martha with any questions.

The PTO Website is a great way to find out what is happening on the TES campus. If you missed that flyer or want to check on times be sure to add the PTO website to your favorites The website is updated every week with posts and current information from Eblasts. Be sure to add it to your favorites.  Approved October 2015 PTO Meeting Minutes.pdf

The approved PTO meeting minutes from the September 2015 meeting are attached.

Please check the Lost & Found (located in the entryway to the auditorium or in front of the school) on a regular basis. Items left on the last day before winter break will be donated. If you are looking for smaller items like glasses, jewelry etc; these items are brought to the office for safekeeping.  Please check with school staff in the office.

Thanks to everyone for their support of TES’s recycling program.  We’ve already redeemed more than $200 worth of aluminum cans and plastic bottles this year for school supplies and playground equipment.  We will make another run to the recycling center this week to make room for all the redeemable bottles and cans we hope you are saving over the break.  Bring them all in on Friday morning, December 4th, or if you can’t wait that long, please email Scott Walsh.  Happy Thanksgiving!
